Needed regular maintenance/ oil change and the night before, I lost air conditioning. Cesar was able to ask the right questions and get me to describe the noises I heard before the AC went out. Simpson diagnosed the problem and was able to get me up and running the next morning. Simpson was very diligent in offering me a ride home, but I luckily didn’t need one that day. I appreciate their service.
