I have used Andy and his crew for all of my bike needs and wants. His staff are just a bunch of solid old school people, like Andy. Today I went to turn my bike on and my key ignition switch raised too high which meant I couldn’t turn it on much less ride it! I live about 30 miles from Andy’s shop I immediately called him for advice he did his best to walk me thru it but I couldn’t fix it. I tried some more after we got off the phone and I just couldn’t get it !! So I called him back and he actually had his mechanic (Chris) ride up to me to fix it!! WHO DOES THIS!! My issue was resolved he even looked my bike over and asked if I had any other issues!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN OLD SCHOOL RELIABLE SHOP WITH JUST GREAT PEOPLE WORKING IN IT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS OBVIOUSLY SECOND TO NONE THIS IS THE PLACE !!!!!Thank you so muchDave Annunziata
