If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is the absolute WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my life. It’s completely understaffed, there’s always a line that is at least a 20 minute wait time, and then to top it off, the people ringing you up barely know what they’re doing. I used Walgreens express to pre-pay for my prescription, and when my fiancé went to pick it up, they charged my card again…And lord only knows how long it’s going to take to get a refund, seeing as I’ve been on hold waiting to speak to a manager for over 30 minutes and keep getting disconnected. Save your time, and your stress, and go someplace else.

So sloooooow. And disorganized. I’ve tried so many times to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens delivery by mail. It never works.

The location is convenient so I have been using them. They are pretty good when they are on, but I have seen others express frustration. They are still bravely working during the pandemic dutifully wearing masks, but you would think that because of that they would do something about the line. Not so. The problem I ran into though is an attitude one. I would assume is the added stress, except I have run into it in other places in our wholly inadequate and grossly overpriced healthcare system. So without going into details, I would say don’t trust these people not to mess up your prescription. Everyone makes mistakes, but there is a tendency like at the DMV, to make it worse and act like it’s your problem whoever is at fault. I am doing the only thing I can reasonable do. Unlike the DMV I can take my business elsewhere.
