the absolute worst drivers and service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The driver claims to not access the house when it’s just raining and she doesn’t want to get out of the car, this has happened twice. Not to mention a package of mine was lost and they can’t get any tracking information.

I do a little selling on Ebay and this location the past couple of weeks has been truly unpleasant to visit. I am an overall cheerful and respectful patron. So I don’t understand why I’m given attitude each time I come in which has been sparingly. I have even stopped by early mornings thinking that may resolve the issue. But even then I am still met with a sense of disappointment each time I come in. I understand the jobs that they hold are not easy and I can completely understand the obstacles one may come across considering my long experience with retail. Yet it is unprofessional of them to treat every customer with the same attitude and tone no matter the circumstances. That is why I will take my business elsewhere and will hope they go about hiring some new individuals for the front desk. Besides the customer service the location is very clean and quite easy to access. I just wish they did a better job with their patrons so I wouldn’t have to travel out of my way for business.

Truly need a lesson in customer service communications and etiquette. USPS profits from the public’s patronage. Are you trying to lose that?
