I heard a lot of sketchy incidents happening at this jewelry store from a friend that shopped here…I would be extremely careful and avoid buying high end merchandise from inside a grocery store.

Since the indoor swap meet closed last year I had no idea where to bring in my boyfriends Nixon watch for a new battery. I never realized most Jewelry shops do this lol. Franzias Jewels did it less than 15 minutes and he did it with a smile! There were so many people coming up the kiosk, they are quite popular. Upon leaving I noticed a dust speck on the face of the watch inside (I think it was already there) but I asked if he could open it back up and clean it. He did 🙂 I definitely appreciate the customer service! I’ll be bringing my other watches in, and will let everyone know.
