Just like someone said only a month ago, horrible customer service. Had the same exact nickel-and-dime experience. I will never set foot in this store again. There are too many other options that will actually appreciate your business. Plus I will avoid using UPS to ship anything in the future, much less not patronizing this awful establishment.

UPS has a new marketing slogan highlighting all the “ing”s they can help with. At this location you can unfortunately expect queu”ing,” wait”ing,” and sigh”ing” – this has been my experience. One time the owner Gloria carried on a lengthy personal phone call while customer stood there waiting. Not ideal and not the quality service other ups locations offer
