I ate here 2 weeks ago and had an amazing Super bacon burger meal. The burger was perfect, the fries fresh out of the cooker. There was a big screen with sports on, a salsa bar, napkins on every table. Wow! I thought, these guys get itTwo subsequent trips were a let down and the fifteen bucks I just dropped on the same meal was horrible. It was a super star with bacon. I showed the receipt for a double super bacon so they threw on another patty and an additional tepid small fry. The ice berg lettuce was a ridiculously fat chunk too big to fit in my mouth, it had regular onion not the Bermuda onion and some sort of mayo. That’s it. Awful. I feel ripped off.If you get lucky and get the crew that does it right, think of it like Vegas. If you won, there’s no reason to return. You won’t get a repeat performance-not soon.

Only placing one star because I can’t place zero stars.We placed our order after having to repeat ourselves over five times. Upon arriving at the window it was clear the cashier Charles was so stoned he could barely understand us and kept forgetting things.When we finally got our food we drove home (over 20 miles away) and found that one of our burgers was not even in the bag.Upon trying to call the restaurant in question to complain, we found that their number does not even allow the option to talk to a person.Overall this was a terrible experience and we feel robbed. I not only would not recommend this location, I would actively discourage anyone from EVER going there.Except for Heather. She’s awesome.
