I brought a Flash drive in with 10 photos in a zip folder that the automated kiosk couldn’t read. I asked a associate if they could simply extract the files from the zip folder for me, to my disbelief they had no idea what I was talking about. I asked if they had a Windows PC available so I could educate them on how to extract files from a zip folder and again to my surprise they said no we do not. I elected to go another route and pull the files from my Google drive to my phone however the first kiosk did not recognize my pixel 2 XL whatsoever. After plugging my device into another kiosk my phone was finally recognized and I was able to upload my files to their system. In my personal opinion Walgreens should spend the time to educate their staff better and provide them with the tools necessary to make this process painless. This is why customer service positions are being eliminated and replaced by Ai. Get yourself educated before you are deemed useless and replaced by a computer.
