This location is always very friendly but tends to get your order wrong. I was also confused as to why they couldn’t find a way to help me use an in-app half off coupon. The Starbucks app didn’t provide a barcode so instead of figuring out a way to give me the discount I was given a “that’s a bummer. Sorry.” I’ve worked in food service and if someone’s coupon didn’t work due to something out of their control, we always figured out a way to sort it out. Anytime they’ve gotten my order wrong and I’ve had to go back up to the window, no one has ever bothered to give a simple “sorry about that.” Again, generally friendly but that doesn’t mean customer service can’t improve.

This location so slow. Order a decaf coffee at the window. Sit in my car. 10 minutes later they still haven’t set it out at the window. They ask me – did you want a shot of decaf or a pour over. Now waiting again…
