Good service. A lot of times I come here, I pass by the books in the front looking for mine, and then I find it, and then I find out it was in the front the entire time! Check the front just in case guys!Love the escalators, all the best Barnes and Nobles have them cafe is great, but maybe better pizza pretzels.Overall, it gives off a homey bookstore feeling that I like and I feel like I could spend my whole day in there.
