They have a weird rule where customers can’t put their hands in the hamster cages. Because of that, you can’t tell what sort of hamster you are getting. Are they curious, are they tame…are they timid? You simply don’t know what you’re getting. We ended up with a hamster that after 2 months it is still so terrified of us that all it does is run and hide under the bedding. It wants absolutely nothing to do with humans. It only bites and barely accepts a treat. It’s frustrating to get a hamster that you can only watch from a distance. The last hamster we had never bit and would fall asleep in your hands. This one is the complete opposite.

Please adopt the fancy mice! They’re absolutely adorable. If I had room, I’d adopt the three they had. Fancy mice aren’t feeder mice so please don’t buy them to feed pet snakes.
