Never again will I step foot inside a Ross. Rude and careless staff left security tag on a rug and treated me poorly, demanding my receipt and no apologies. I was with my daughter and I asked why the 3rd degree, and this guy said oh I will give you the 3rd degree. Such attitude. Why?

This location needs to do something about their loss prevention staff. They made me feel like a criminal or something. I’ve been to many Ross locations and this is by far the worst in terms of loss prevention. I understand it’s their job to prevent theft however it is not to make customers feel uneasy.
