I am torn on this brand now. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is where I had gotten my first pair of boots and I ended up trying on a variety of shoes to try out different last sizes to accommodate my wider feet. Unfortunately I worry for their quality control of their products. A different pair I had ordered had a error in the eyelet leading to it drifting and stretching out the punched hole. The sole had loosened over time and was coming off with the nails. It was sent back for repairs. I personally am disappointed that a pair of boots at 400 could possibly have two defects.

I just ordered a belt for my son’s birthday with the help of Ricky from the Palo Alto store. I told him which shoe my son has and asked what belt he would suggest. He gave me several choices, including the most popular one for the specific shoe. I looked online and picked it! He helped me and is sending out the belt, no shipping cost either! Easy to order, Ricky was very nice! Would recommend this store to anyone! Now, let’s hope the belt will be just as nice/comfortable as the shoe! Thanks Ricky!

I’ve had three different associates tend to me and each one style is different but all amazing.originally I came in for only a pair of shoes but end up happily buying 4 pairs. can’t say enough on how happy I am with their service.
