We got the most delicious lunch sets here along with incredibly delicious/affordable ban chan (side dishes). It might just look like a tiny little neighborhood convenience store but hidden within is some of the tastiest home style korean food you can get for the price. The good stuff is hidden in the fridge area along the far wall and from the ‘deli’ (you can order from the woman at the cash register). This is one of those hidden gems in LA and I honestly am surprised it’s not better known. Do yourself a favor and go try it!

Their kimbap always used to sell out early in the morning, but now they make it right away when you ask for it! Best kimbap I’ve had in a while! (This one is fishcake)

There isn’t much selection here. It’s more like a mini mart. It’s a small mom n’ pop type place. I think they serve food too. There were a few people buying food in the back. The owner/worker was odd. I asked for help about a sauce and he just sort of nodded. I wasn’t sure if he understood my English. But I accepted it and decided to buy the sauce. When I paid, I couldn’t find a bill smaller than a $50. He didn’t have change and left the entire cash register open while he went to the back to get change. Thats some crazy trust there.
