If I could give a ZERO STAR that’s what I would give. My mom who is 83 years old went in to exchange a bed cover to a king size. She came in with a walker. She asked for assistance and was sent to the back of the store. When she went to “ customer service “ she asked for help on finding the king size. The “sales” associate said they could not help her because of COVID. UNBELIEVABLE! She then told the associate to give her a refund. Please train your associates to assist and do their job. You lost a customer here
