Met with a young man at the store today, because my phone had frozen. He was extremely courteous, patient and knowledgeable. He completely solved my problem. His name is Christian. I have always had a good experience with this store and today was no exception!

I am so done with at&t. Ive had my phone 6 months, and for 2 month’s I’ve been having problems with it, and nobody can seem to fix it. At&t knows what the problem is it’s called ghosting, my phone constantly glitches, and I can’t do anything on it. The employee’s at the stores refused to help if you have a problem with your phone. I’ve been to several stores trying to get my phone fixed or replaced and all they say is call customer service. I do have insurance and once I get the replacement I’m changing carriers. I pay $112 a month for basic service, $25 of that goes to pay the phone off, and I can’t pay extra to pay the phone off sooner, so I’m done

Christian was great! I always dread getting a new phone ‘cause it usually ends up being a long & complicated process but he was really easy to talk to. Of course I left with more than I planned on lol but I’m very happy with my new phone & I feel like I understand my service plan a bit better.
