Rude Staff, all about when I asked if they have a sale rack, she said Oh no there will NEVER be a sale rack in Santa Monica ! She said she has worked in this property since it opened. Time to relax, and not be so full of her Santa Monica self, which I really dought she lives in town.. Please remember I am a true J Jill customer, and spend alot of money on JJill on line, and love to shop there stores all over. Never Never was so rudly spoken to by a J Jlll sales staff. I will never return to this location again. Stay away if you want nice service from the Santa Monica J jill Store.

Great store, lovely help. However they don’t carry a wide variety of sizes, no plus sizes, you have to buy that online only.
