I seriously hate to tell this story because how embarrassing it is for me but long story short, they charged me over $200 to change my headlights… embarrassingly enough, I regrettingly paid for it at the time. The headlights were only $55 for both, and they charged me around $150 for labor…to change my HEADLIGHTS. I got there before they opened because I was in a hurry to get this done which I reiterated to the manager. At least 5 cars were finished before my headlights were fixed. An incredibly quick and easy task. After 60 minutes of waiting in the goodwill next door, I went over to the garage to stand by my car. After standing near my car for 20 minutes waiting for an employee to walk bye, I got the text saying my car is finished and I should come and pay. I have never had a problem with pep boys in general…this was my first time at this location, and definitely my last.
