I went to the Pink Mission Valley store to make a return, the so called Manager by name Edith refuse my return because I didn’t had the $20.00 store coupon for use in later. I ask her to show me where in the store or receipt say I have to return it because I did not have it. She keeps apologizing and refuse taking my return. She told me I have to have it in order to make a return! I was furious! I went home and got it but decide to go to pink fashion valley, I gave her my return and the coupon and she told me “you can keep the coupon” then I went to Victoria’s Secret to return a bikini I bought and gave them the coupon she told me the same thing “you can keep the coupon”! I went back to the store and spoke with Edit “so called manager” and told her what happened and she told me they were wrong and she was followed store rules! I said you make go all the way back to my house for nothing!She was very immature in her answers, looking for excuses to excuse her self! Horrible experience, horrible customer service, it was a waste of my time and gas!!! Shame on Edith and Victoria Secret for having inexperienced managers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had to go for a bra fitting and what had great support by staff. They were helpful going back and forth to get different styles. They knew their product and merchandise very well. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. Decorations are awesome and make you feel great!

Convenient location but not loving this one as much.. Online agents are so much more helpful than here… so I’m going to try Fashion Valley next time I want a physical store instead
