Don’t order from here. Believe the low rating/bad reviews. The customer service/ management is terrible and should be shut down.I’ve worked and managed customer service industries for several years knowing the value of it and have never had such experience. I’m appalled by their management and astonished why they’re still open with so many negative reviews.I ordered for Mother’s Day 5/9/21 way in advance. I called on the day of to ask when it should arrive and they guarantee no later than 9pm. They did not deliver, nor did they give an update/ notice that delivery couldn’t be completed.I called that night (but they were closed at 9:30pm giving grace period) next day at opening morning, they still didn’t have it ready nor completed nor even on the way. Said they’re going to deliver around 4:30pm same day and they’d have a manager contact me.Manager never contacted, all excuses no apologies, they delivered it around 5:30pm. $75 for this being late and not quality. Terrible business.

I really want to thank Flora for helping me with a Thank you gift for my Grandson’s teacher. I originally called the store on Monterey Rd. But the girl that answered said they were too busy to take my order by phone, I was shocked I called the Sunnyvale office and Flora took the time to make my order just ✅ right.
