Doesn’t everybody love TJ Maxx? Only thing I hate is the checkout line. It goes on forever. And now you’re not allowed to take the cart out of the store which is another Big hassel is your buying a carpet. Or something big. Also Hobby Lobby went in next door!!

I am outraged by the incompetence of the TJmaxx workers at Santa Ana on Bristol Street. I put a few things in the basket and started choosing a cover for the sofa. but when I turned around, I did not see my basket with things. Either a worker or some crazy customer took my basket away. later I saw one of the things (hat) in another basket near the exit. I decided not to buy anything, I got very upset and left the store. I am outraged that not a single employee apologized, although one of them tried to find my basket with the things what I was going to buy.

Visited the store and was happy about what I saw. They were counting how many people were in the store to make sure they weren’t over the cut off amount and when we checked out, we saw that each cashier was cleaning their register area and the credit card machine between customers. Each one of them, mind you there were a out 6 open cashiers at the time. I like knowing they take our safety and their own seriously. I will shop their again.
