I went in today to get a new phone and switch over to Verizon, Gabriel help me while I was there and answered every single question and even help me with other things with my old phone.. I’ll be going back in a couple of weeks to get my new Samsung phone and switch over.. but I have to say the customer service and people there are outstanding.
