Overall, a very poor customer service experience. The manager, Larry, was not helpful when I was trying to make either a return or exchange for a pair of unworn shoes that were given to me as a gift. After explaining that I couldn’t exchange the shoes for another size, he also said that they didn’t buy back this brand. He offered no other solution and we were left with a terrible experience.
