Verizon cheated me on a sim-card. I’ve paid 70USD for unlimited data but it can not work in my overseas GALAXY S9+. nobody noticed this in advance.Just lost my money. Refund query was declined, nobody cares.Company doesn’t care of people.

Let me just say, I have been to many Verizon stores and Christian (the solutions specialist) was absolutely phenomenal. I GIVE CHRISTIAN A 5 STAR REVIEW. He is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING at what he does and I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!! He knows exactly what he is doing and provided a 10/10 experience with explaining our upgrade options, the differences between iphones, our 5g network coverage, etc. Really really awesome job. Above & totally beyond. And super nice guy and gentleman. Thank you Christian!
