HORRIBLE SERVICE. Pedro was VERY unprofessional. Just got off the phone and I’m with my partner. Quoting us different prices, asked for a PRINTED sheet of the breakdown and ends up saying goodbye. How FREAKING UNPROFESSIONAL! I’m sure they won’t do anything over this bad review, but that’s what happened. Even Arvin acting all that with his body language. Horrible. Wanted to put that out there, but don’t think they care. If you don’t agree or get what you want, expect rudeness.

Don’t waste your time trying the service department here. It is 5 min from my home but after my recent experiences, I’d rather drive further if I can get good customer service. Appointment or not, I have just sat in my car for over half an hour just to have someone talk to me to get my car serviced. A lot of waste of time and very frustrating, yet no proactivity from employees. Maybe it’s the new management because this used to not be a problem back when it was El Monte Honda or Nelson honda. All I can say is I’ll not be trying me chances here again.
