Went there to send books back to Amazon and Chegg and I thought they had taken care of it until I start getting charged late fees. As it turns out that day they charged a card but it wasn’t for the shipping so unsure as to what they charged me for and when I go to check about that a tracking number or that transaction doesn’t exist in their system and as it turns out they don’t accept Amazon returns which was realized until the same employee that helped me started another Amazon return and someone had to stop her. Worst part is that the store manager had told me it was my fault and he would only accept the tracking number from a physical receipt even though I had it on my phone. My books are still lost til this day even though I saw them place them in a box and get them ready to ship.
