I came in to purchase sauce 2 for $4 dollars and pizza thought to be $6.99 each and labeled under the pizza was buy 1 get one 50% off. When I went to self check out the total was $19 which I questioned to the cashier to make sure I got the discount to which she said it was but when I got home and my boyfriend checked the receipt did he bring to my attention that the pizzas looked too expensive. So me and him both go back to the store 15 minutes later and I show the cashier what we were seeing (the label didn’t even have pizza on there it was labeled something totally different under the same pizzas I had purchased). This cashier didn’t seem to understand what we were telling her nor did she seem like she believed us. I should have been paying attention BUT this was labeled so incorrectly we figure we would go back to see if they could just give us the price of what it’s labeled as and show them how wrong it is. As I’m explaining this to the cashier she calls the manager Brogidio to the front and he looks at the tag the pizzas were under and states it’s not the right price… But he’s insinuating it like DUH it’s not the right price..that’s why I’m back here. So I ask to see if we can get the price and he seems reluctant to do so. The whole time they don’t seem to even care about what happened he barely wants to give me the discount and at this point I’m getting frustrated so I just tell them to give me a refund and he quickly tells the cashier to give us a refund. They do and the manager Brogidio is gone before we know it. I go to this CVS all the time and I felt like he could have handled it very differently. We wanted the pizzas but for the price they were advertised for. He handled it very unprofessionally and did NOT make this customer happy.
