I was not impressed. I had to wait for 20 min before I received any help and then while the salesperson was with me she got a message from the manager to leave me to come help someone that just arrived. I was told I’d have to wait until she helped 2 other people before she’d return. I had to speak up and voice my disbelief and dismay. She then finished answering my question, I bought my goods and departed. She nor her manager were knowledgeable about other products.

Customer service at this store is good. I came in to see a specialist without an appointment and was penciled in rather quickly. Janus did a great job on my makeup and I did not feel rushed in any way. I only wish I could spoil myself with some of the other services they provide. Beautiful store that makes people beautiful
