It’s the biggest REI I have come across in San Diego. The staff is very helpful and currently they practice the mask mandate so please bring a mask. The Saturday garage sale for members at pretty consistent and I recently bought an Osprey Kestrel bag for $144 from thw garage sale. The bag was great quality and the staff help me make sure it was the perfect fit

The head would I wanted and I was able to get it with a discount. It made me happy. Long wait to get into the shoe department. I was there for over an hour waiting to talk to somebody and look at some sandals. They should have a better plan for that

I love that REI has lots of sales associates on the floor, all happy and eager to answer questions, and assist you in finding what you need. They have good sales, and even though the line was long, it went really quick, cause they had all registers open, not just one or two. We left there very happy. Our checker, Cole, was awesome.
