I live in Sunnyvale and went all the way to Bernal San Jose. What prompted me was the customer service on the phone. She gave me prices on two items and was quick/personable. When I went to the store on 10/18/20 early AM, the Manager who helped me pick a computer chair was very patient while I tried different chairs. He also gave me information needed to pick the right one–which I might add am very happy with the choice. He brought the other items I bought–hardwood floor protector and desk calendar to the cashier. He also put everything in my car. He assembled my chair at a very low price, called me when it was done (15 minutes), and put it in my car. Very easy shopping and great customer service.
