It was great! I got 8 items for $66. Can’t beat that anywhere. Plus they finally re-opened the fitting rooms. I give this location an A.

They don’t care about any distances or mask covers even when I talked to the manager he told me they told them not to tell anyone about the mask and such oh what a way to go back to zone ONE

I never experienced such a horrible treatment at any store until today around 4:16pm, I just entered Ross when a manager asked me rudely to leave my electric scooter outside in front of other customers. I tried to explain the situation that I turned my scooter off and I was holding by my side, even trying to explain that the manager yelled at me, making me feel uncomfortable in front of other customers. When I was heading to the cashier, one of the cashiers whispered something like My manager is right, you should leave your scooter outside! She looked at me angry and refused to help me with my purchase.Give training to these people. Customer Service is not about shaming your customer in front of other customers. Customer Service is not about creating rules or laws because you are tired of working on weekend. What a shameful customer service.
