I haven’t shopped at Express until recently. This is the first one I’ve been to and all the staff was very friendly and helped me find everything I need. I actually like the clothes they have too! I ended up walking up with a polo even though I was only planning on looking. I’ll definitely be back.

I went in to find some clothes for myself in the men’s side, the service was horrible. The wait in line was ridiculous, I literally waited in line for an hour, they had two cashiers, plus they where doing all returns in the same lines. One lady was standing to the side for online pick-ups could not and would not open a new register. The signs where also lies about the 50% off sale it was for existing customers and you needed an email address for the 50% sale. The signs in the whole store said 50% off entire store. I just wanted to get in an out.
