Great collection of shoes and clothing. I went in to buy a gift and staff was extremely helpful. The French Room had a unique selection of brands. New brands I never heard of and others more known. What a gem of a store, I highly recommend a trip to the Ferry Landing.A+++ and Thumbs Up!

One star for the nice window display that enticed my sis and I to go into the boutique – but the clerk (older lady working on 5/22/19 around 11:00am) did not welcome us as we walked in. Instead, she gave us a fake smile that looked like she didn’t want us to be there. We just carried on looking at the cute clothing. My sister got excited looking at some dresses and the clerk (again, the older lady working on 5/22/19 around 11:00am) loudly stated to my sister, “THOSE DRESSES RUN SMALL”. What the?! You might as well tell my sister she’s fat! (EVEN THOUGH SHE’S NOT OBESE!) HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! We left shortly after that. Beautiful rubenesque gals beware – that old lady will make you feel like Vivian in Pretty Woman LOL We ended up spending our money at Lisa’s Boutique and San Diego Trading Co! Maybe a refresher workshop on customer service would be helpful for that older lady clerk.
