Bad business! Long story short i bought a NEW battery after having problems with my original battery that I have had over 8 years so I was sold a proclaimed new battery. Which victor himself wrote on and said if any problems within 6 months to bring it back , 4 months go by and the trouble begins. At first i thought maybe i thought i had left something on/ opened. Secondly maybe my alternator was bad and wasnt recharging my battery . But no i got that checked and all my wiring . I finally said let me take it back after so many jumps . He proceeds to tell me i need a receipt from 3 months ago when he clearly sees his writing on the battery also proceeds to tell me that the battery i have is a used battery and i showed my bank transactions for the exact day and price that I bought from him which was new in his words . This is horrible business and customer handling also i nothing there is new everything is rebuilt and resused old batteries
