Little bit of a wait, check online, let the cashier know what you want they’ll go get it or show an alternative. Not expensive. Plenty of parking.

Walking in today to return something and everyone was wearing a mask but one employee, who didn’t want to give her name out. We’ll just call her Karen for now. Her and the “manager” said that it was “under her discretion if she wants to wear a mask or not” which is obviously false, especially for an employee lol.

I went in the other day and was waiting in line for about 10 minutes and I was next in line to pay. The wait wasn’t the problem. What it was is that while other people and I were waiting in line to pay, some other people were coming in after us and completely skipping the line of people who had been waiting and getting helped to pay for their things and leave at a different register. That was pretty frustrating, not just to me, but also the people behind me who were showing the same frustration in their voice and facial expressions. What is the point in having those rope attachments signifying where the line starts, only to have customers, and staff, not respect who is and has been waiting to be helped next? They should really make a better effort to specify that there are 2 different lines, if in fact there are, by putting up signs saying so. Or keep the 1 line and have all the customers, and staff, know there is only 1 line and that there are people who have been waiting to be helped. Rather than just help the first person they see in front of them who doesn’t want to wait in line.
