I’ve always loved the quality & selection at Eataly, but I loved it even more after my visit to Cafe Lavazza yesterday evening. Kwan(?) was SUPER — Friendly, helpful, etc. While I sat down with my coffee, I saw him wipe down all the machines before close (which is too early! Please consider closing with the main store, instead of 6pm.). He was also great with the other customers who came after me.Previously, I’ve been served by another gentleman, but I didn’t get his name. Made me a FANTASTIC iced latte. Also SUPERB service.

Went with one of my very best friends for a fun night out! The wait staff was great, food was so good and the wine was perfect. There was live music but it was at the perfect volume. You coul. Had a great view, looking out over the 9/11 memorial pools! A little expensive but worth it!
