Took my home light weed eater up there for a locked pull rope they had it for almost 2 weeks and when they called me they told me that the engine was seized. Funny thing is that they gave it back to me in pieces and they never fixed the pull rope the mechanic put a couple things on backwards and would a seized engine make comparison sounds? No it wouldn’t I will never take anything back to these morons even if you paid me

The worse I’ve had. Picked up my riding lawnmower third week in July to fix the smoking problem. After many calls they brought it back with a bill for $564 saying they replaced carburetor. When they dropped it off on September 4 I drove it but it was still smoking so Frank took it back. On October 26 he brought it back for another $360. No smoking then but it kept flooding. Then it wouldn’t start. Frank came out and said he would bring mechanic out to fix on first week in December. I have called many time no answer or return of messages I left. Went to shop Frank said he would pick up second Monday in December. Since no answer from Frank on his cell or shop phone. It’s now January 19 still no return call. However another lawn place came out and cleaned carburetor and got running for $90. Don’t be a sucker like me. Stay away

I was referred to this place by one of my new employee. He said the owner was a friend, he will look at it and see what they could do.2 weeks later we called see what is going on have not heard from them? The customer service was honorably short and rude on the phone. We finally got a call it was fixed and ready for pickup.We finally needed the equipment that supposedly was fixed to find out it would not start. My fault thought my foreman was smart enough to make sure it was fixed and running when he paid for the service.I called to ask if they can take a look at it and find out why it would not start? I have not tried to use it till now. Customer service was again very short and rude. First could not find me instead of giving me a chance to explain to give additional information so she can find me then getting her to listen, to her making excuses why it was her fault she spelled my name wrong to switching again to it is no longer under warranty but you can bring it in and we can look at it! I mentioned it has never work and she said we have no way to know that (trust issues)so again it is not under warranty because it has been over 60 days. Really for only $290.72 you can not honor your workmanship! Lost more then that with awful customer service.If they can not stand by there workmanship and give me the benefit then why would I trust them. Awful service and no guarantee of customer satisfaction.
