I tried to return a amazon purchase and was told do not label the package. when i got to this location i was told by an incontempt associate that i had to get a shipping label and specially told him that the amazon website instructed that i didn’t need to print the shipping label and the associate tells me that he can’t ship it out without a return label but yet i already have the return code. Evaluate your rules and procedure next time.
