This store has the most stringent, stingy, rigid and un-generous return policy I have ever encountered. Only store credit. If you use the store credit to buy something else, you cannot exchange that item. After spending ca $ 400, I had a balance of $ 11.-of the store credit left and asked if they would consider just refunding that small balance- since the highly priced store has practically no item for that price, the answer was No.I regretted doing business with them and will certainly never go back
