My elderly Mom & I frequented the Santa Ana location searching for an electric dryer. Delilah & Sabino were great sales representatives. They were extremely patient with us and very knowledgeable regarding the products they sale. Both were able to answer all of our questions; along with questions we weren’t aware needed to be asked! What a great sales crew!Our delivery crew, Robert & Miguel, were the BEST CREW, ever! They took great care not to damage my mother’s property. They handled her new dryer with great care & removed the old unit, just as carefully, to prevent any damage occurring. They even went through the extra step to temporarily remove her extremely narrow back door. What a wonderful delivery crew!We highly recommend this location when shopping for reasonably priced appliances. Thank you for a painless & practically stress-free shopping experience!

Unfortunately over the years Sears slowly declined and what once was a American iconic store has slowly dissipated into overpriced outlet shopping. It’s no fault of the employees they aren’t more than nice and corrigible but when you compare items with damage to them at Sears Outlet versus what Best Buy or somebody like that would charge you can now see why the business practices Sears has been using have put them into bankruptcy so quickly again. I went in with high hopes of buying new appliances for my kitchen and had a pretty healthy budget to do so but went to Best Buy the day before and overall for not that much more money I could have significantly nicer products

They don’t have much selection. We were looking for a washer and it seemed like they had 5 different models but just a bunch of them. Essentially overstock or old models. Couldn’t find anything we wanted, but might be worth a look if you’ve exhausted other options.
