HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE for Reetai, Distributors. No one cares for the small business who sells their products. Its been 2 months since they promised to replace a freezer and its not done ! The phone number for NJ region Mr. Will doesn’t answer his call AT ALL. i left 10 messages for repair/replacement and the calls never got returned. we lost $500 worth of ice cream and they don’t care.! REALLY REALLY UPSET WITH THIS KIND OF BIG COMPANY!
