Still waiting for my phone to be replaced. Supposed to take a couple of days. It’s been a week now. I need my phone.Ok I went to pick up phone. Associate said a small crack on phone so I couldn’t get my phone today. I know I have a warranty. I told him to give me my phone and he said no that I have to claim it broken and pay 10.00. I said ok I will give you 10.00 now give me my phone and he said no. So I change my 5 stars too 1 star.

They were okay until they were dishonest, and not disclose key information about sale promotion…just to secure a sale needless to say after I threatened to leave tmobile and the headquarter try to entice me but not budging I am deciding between Verizon and AT&T.

This T-Mobile store is awesome. I came in to inquire about the new iPhone and switching from one carrier to them. Their Associate Jasper helped me a lot. They really appreciated the fact that I am serving in the US Army. Jasper explained all the services they have and at the same time explained the difference of the new iPhone from what I currently have. He also compared the advantages of have a T-Mobile phone… I would highly recommend this store to my family and friends. Everyone was warm and very accommodating! Thank you for making my visit a smooth one!
