I’m not one to write negative reviews but CVS Pharmacy is by far one of the most unorganized, inefficient, and unprofessional pharmacies I have ever used. I could NEVER get my prescriptions on time or they weren’t right. This went on month after month. I’d find myself having to call constantly or checking online to see if a problem was fixed. It would take days. It was extremely frustrating!Not only that but there were a few people in the pharmacy displaying bad customer service. Numerous times one of their pharmacists (Kim) was very unprofessional and disrespectful to me in person and on the phone. I also witnessed it with other customers too. I understand that a pharmacy is a busy place and things don’t always go as planned but there’s NO excuse for being rude and berating. I’ve heard this woman talking to her coworkers about other customers in negative way on more than one occasion. I’ve had pleasant experiences with other people in the pharmacy though. I appreciate those who have been professional and helpful.I’m not too impressed with the store either. One of their employees has followed me around before on more than one occasion. I’d be waiting for a prescription and would just be browsing through the store. Every aisle I’d go down she would be right there and would continuously ask me what I was looking for. I’d tell her I’m fine but I was still being treated like I was doing something wrong. I don’t recommend the store or pharmacy. Good riddance.

Great place to stand in line that never moves and they have ONE checkstand open. Same thing in every CVS I have been in recently. This store sucks!

Do not get your covid test here. Myself and everyone I know that has tested at this facility has gotten an unable to process result. Whatever they are doing here isn’t working.
