I was really impressed with the total operation. The employees were very well educated, trained and friendly. It obviously was during our new normal due to Covid. They handled the amount of people in the store extremely well. I had an employee tell me and show me exactly where the shoes I came to purchase were. She pointed them out and helped me check the shoes out . I then was in line only 5 minutes to finish the purchase. Extremely happy and impressed. Great job VANS employees.
