I would STRONGLY advise going to a different location. The employees there are incredibly unhelpful. After not receiving help at this location I went to the FedEx at 31 Colma Blvd. and it was a night and day experience.

Not a real happy camper… I had 4 heavy (around 40 lbs) boxes stacked on one another.The person checking in my boxes wouldn’t lift the boxes for me. Already tired of lifting the heavy boxes, he continued to have me lift the boxes, when clearly this person was more fit than me. I was so tired that I started to knock the boxes off one by one. Dropping each box onto their weigh device.At UPS, no matter how tired, the person behind the counter always comes out & help me lift the boxes or lift it for me. Now those are great gals that work at UPS!!!Shame on you FedEx for not assisting in lifting boxes for tired old ladies!!!So DISAPPOINTED in FedEx!!!
