I had dropped off an overnight parcel well before the cutoff time for delivery. This parcel was very important and needed to be delivered to a title company today for closure of a sale. When I was notified that it hadn’t been delivered I tried to track it and there was no information other than when I dropped it off. I immediately thought it never left the store and I was right. I went back and asked about it and the person found it still in the box for pickups. When I asked what happened the man had no clue and offered a weak excuse and blamed the driver. If this man was the owner he should have stepped up and taken full responsibility but no. This leads me to believe that they have no system to ensure the packages are routed properly at all otherwise it wouldn’t have been overlooked. It actually looks disorganized due to the volume of packages in the store so I am not surprised. This failure cost myself and a few other people money and I plan to pursue reimbursement. Bottom line is if you have something that really needs to be delivered on a deadline don’t come here.
