This CVS is the worst store you could possibly go to!Esmerelda (supervisor), Nixie, and Jen are thieves. They took my money and refused to give me my change. CVS should be more careful about who they hire . If they can steal from me imagine what they have stolen from that store! I believe these workers are gang related they were trying to threaten me. Avoid this place at all costs.

I ordered photos for 1-hour processing at 1:30pm this afternoon. Arrived to the store at 6pm to the photo center is complete disarray, a lack of organization, and an even worse display of customer service. I was told that that there was no way to have the photos actually be printed in an hour. I waited with a few other frustrated customers for over 20 minutes.A customer in the photo line before me had called the store ahead of time and was told that this location did passport photos, only to be told that this couldn’t be done here. (Even though there was a giant hanging poster that said “passport photos done here”).Another customer in the photo line ordered a stack of photo cards, but wasn’t given any envelopes, so she had to ask for them and the hurried employee beyond the counter at the check out line fumbled to count out exactly how many she needed.In addition, there was a line of about 8 customers consistently just in the check out line alone during the whole 20 minutes that I stood by waiting for my photos. Two different customers came up to the counter saying that they had been waiting for support in the aisles.I came to this location because of how close it is to my house, but I’ll definitely be driving to the Walgreens now instead. Worst experience at a CVS ever. Pure chaos.

Best CVS on the planet! Always clean and well stocked. They have all my faves and lots of cool suprise items that I buy. Carlos was really helpful today and I am grateful for his superlative service. I am so glad this store, with all their great staff and products helps me have a better life!
