Terrible customer experience! I shopped at this location for many years.I recently experienced on multiple occasions extremely unprofessional, passive aggressive experiences. Last week it was a manager (with some sort of self importance disorder and her unstable colleague – colleague pounced on me first). They both refused to give their names, for me to file an appropriate complaint.I refused associate in store who was getting in my face with her inadequate help. And like most people these days I don’t like when people get in my face.I was followed through the store and constantly bothered, with no opportunity to actually look at items. Every time associate was getting way too close, actually blocking me from seeing merchandise and getting in my face!! I opened an old, dirty sample of the Dior lipstick to see the color, in most cases color on a box and inside of it differs. After I selected multiple items and went for a register, I got a comment behind my back. We told you to do not touch it! I responded that I didn’t try sample as I was advised, upon entry, yet I needed to see the color before purchase. The response I got: we saw you did it! I said that I didn’t do it, but they wouldn’t let it go.No selection and on 3 different occasions in last 6 months I had terrible customer service. Save your time and nervous system and do not waste your time going there.I spent a fortune every time I go to this store and I spend a lot especially around holidays.To prevent this from happening to others I will do my best and share my experience with everyone I can.

My first time ever going into the store and this REALLY wonderful and insanely knowledgeable employee (I believe his name was Joshua but I know his name started with a J) helped me. He knows the products in that store so well, especially skincare, down to the ingredients it’s made with and what they do. He would ask me questions to really make sure he was recommending the right product for me.If your like me and you usually feel intimidated of going into beauty stores I highly recommend going to this store, all of the employees were really kind and helpful.

I was there a couple weeks ago. It’s a good size store with an abundance in variety. Everyone was very kind. Clarissa was extra kind she helped me pick out some good stuff. She was also very knowledgeable and explained things very well.
