UPDATE: I just drove away from getting wheel balance but had to pull over to take pics of wheels immediately after they handled them to check later to make sure no more scratches. I checked their air pressure too and they pressurized front tires 6 and 8+ psi BELOW SPECIFICATIONS!! All that America’s Tire had to do is put the right air pressure in the tire. There’s no other job. Screwed that up simple task.I’ll check for wheel damage next and update this review.Over the past 20 years or working with America’s Tire they’re average 3/5 averaging all my experiences.CONS: They may/will scratch and destroy your high end wheels as they did my black ones… and still do minor scratches on visits. I advise talking sharp, clear pictures before allowing them to touch them. Also, they may tell you 75 minutes to get in and out from a wheel balance. Just pulled my car out at 120 minute mark.PROS: The will compete and often match tire prices (but I essentially always get better prices when shopping online.) I realize they have corporate managers, offices and business expenses that online sellers may not have. So you/me must pay them out of our pocket.

Big shout out to this guys, since I moved to the area I haven’t had the need for new tires, but after doing my research, they came highly recommended by reviews from all over, and all reviews are 100% accurate, THEY ARE THE BEST!I called to checked stock, tires were not available, they offered to order them, I desperately need them so call many other places to see if somebody has them in stock, nobody else had them and nobody else couldn’t order them for me, so I call them back and sure enough, they order the tires for me, two days later I got the call back to let me know the tires were in, so I scheduled an appointment. On the day of my appointment I got in and out within 25 minutes, the guys were very helpful and super fast!I am VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
