Prices were a bit high even for a visitor center gift shop!
Tour Guide
Terrible lighting makes a not very good atmosphere, even for shopping.

Small place but plenty of information to keep one entralled for an hour.

It’s good fun, but not worth the drive. You can really see the past glory. The presentation on the big screen doesn’t change and all the spots where you could do something or learn something have been removed or altered. Now it’s just a merch shop. If you like NASA trinkets and T-shirts you can still visit, but otherwise I wouldn’t recommend.

This small for very nice visitors center of NASA has plenty of exhibits to see, a nice video projection system with permanent screenings, and a very affordable (taxes exempt) merchandise shop. A must visit while in the area.Pro tip: if you want you can enter the NASA Research Park, simply go to the main gate and say you’re going to the Moffet field air museum, they will ask you for your driver license and will allow to enter the place.
